KAGUSUAN BEACH RESORT
Going there is a bit tricky as from the highway in Maria, you have to use the intersection road which we call 'çrossing padung Liloan' and follow the barangay road till you arrive, after 15 minutes of motorcycle ride, at another intersection- one towards Liloan Elementary School and one towards Barangay Minalulan. Use the road towards Barangay Minalulan which is to your right.
You will feel lost for a bit around a 'masukal na daan'' as for the vegetation near the roadside and for the sign saying 'Welcome to Barangay Minalulan". Don't fret, you haven't got passed the road to Kagusuan Beach yet so drive on.
After 5 minutes on your motorycycle, you will find another intersection so take the road towards the sea which is to your left. There is a small sign bearing '' Kagusuan'. There is also a Sereguelas/ Sineguelas / Spanish plum tree and a house near the intersection and you will find on the billboard that the place is a protected area and is for reforestation.
If I'm not mistaken , the government-owned beach is being rented by a private entity, thus the presence of a male guard at the top of the cliff who will ask you to sign a waiver for your safety , the logbook for visitors and will ask for a visitors fee:
The schedule of fees is as follows:
Kids/ children: Php20.00
Adults: Php 30.00

| Yes you can climb this too. Be careful not to cut yourself and invest in good shoes. I have my own photo in this hummock but I still have to fix my phone to get my photos. |
