1. 9 sheets of Catelli Lasagna
2. RAM sweet style Spaghetti sauce 33.8 fl oz pack
3. 1 pack Quickmelt/ Eden Melt sarap/ MOZZARELLA CHEESE ( 440g pack)
4. 1/2kg Ground pork
5. 1 big can Alpine Full Cream Milk
6. 1 TETRA PACK NESTLECREAM- ALL- PURPOSE CREAM

Pasta:
1. Bring water to a rapid boil.Add salt and oil.

2. Add pasta and stir until water returns to a boil.
3. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
Bechamel sauce + meat sauce( to be placed in between pasta sheets.)
1. Heat oil in a large pot set over medium heat.
2. Saute garlic and onion.
3. Add meat; cook until brown.
4. Drain off fat.
5. Stir in pasta sauce ; simmer for 5 minutes. (Make sure to stir the sauce as it might burn and form flakes of black burnt sauce.)
6. Add 5 cups of evaporated milk and whisk until very smooth.
7. Add 1 pack Nestle cream and 1/4 of Eden Melt Sarap
ASSEMBLY
1. Spread a cup of meat sauce at the bottom of a prepared lasagna pan.
2. Place 3 cooked lasagna wrappers.
3. Place 1/3 of the sauce.
4. Top with 1 cup grated cheese.
5. Repeat process 1 to 5.
6. Finish with the 3rd layer of the noodles,sauce and cheese.
7. Bake at 350*F for 30-45 minutes or until cheese has melted.
8. Let it stand for 15 minutes.

Eden Melt Sarap is good but we have tried using mozzarella- it was superb! |
bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes |
It should look like this. If it's mozarella, Use the 180degrees celsius : 30-45 minutes; if the oven has 350 as the lowest and you are using mozzarella, bake it at around 15-20 minutes ony. Enjoy! |
