    U-Story: a love untold

       Do you know of a french -filipino love affair that created U-story Guesthouse?

Yes, they got style. I believe the place is good for romantic rendezvous or for bloggers or for instagrammers or for a good prenup venue. Say lovey!

 they often say that you will have a lot of realizations

 in your travels.......and I have more than that

This is the brainchild of a Filipino and a French woman who fell in love with each other in this mystical island of fire. The entrance is at Php200.00 and it is consumable (aka you can order anything from their menu and charge it against your payment for entrance fee).

If you came across an intersection near the highway,  advertising "Legends"then you are on the right spot. They are actually neighboring resorts. Further on that trail , you will find yourself on another intersection, one on the right is that of Legends and the other to the left is that of U-story. It is  fenced with bamboos.

Near the entrance is the parking space, so you have to walk your way through this path towards the reception area.

Yes, I hope that going barefoot is not contraindicated for you as foot wears are  to be left before entering the bar area.

You can choose from an array of cocktails, desserts, pasta dishes and rice-based menu.If I'm not mistaken, the room rent is at around Php2500/night good for two persons.

Because there were 15 of us, we tried all of their cocktails as they fit our entrance fee budget

  in the reception area/ dining area 

Chilling while the phone is charging for free.

We played checkers , too.

... then sat on their  cutesy chairs while reviewing the day's activity in my mind

and decided to go back to the entrance area near the reception to take a pic of the enlightened.

and realized there were many of us who are bulag, pip, and bingi to the political games

then i decided to smile it off and be coy just because i know, God sees the truth but waits

then become hopeless sometimes because i cant make 1 yoga pose right.

then decided that mermaids even had phones like these shells so who cares if i cant perfect yoga

and decided taht in 2014 this was the best duyan I have seen but that was then. In 2017, when I came back, another nice hammock was there. A more feminine one. and realized that life will surprise you most of the time. 

then i realized dining is needed for today's activity drained all of my calorie stores

but later left at night just because everything was pretty there; not all pretty things are visible in the daylight

and decided that fertility idols might really be inviting the positive vibes

and their lamps in the dining area are made of 'bukag', and branches of 'siapo'; thus simple things is a recipe to a more bigger and brilliant creation

ánd that chinese checkers is a nice game; that nothing ever has no big meanings for you,there is always a bigger purpose

and realized that this is no longer seen in my visit in 2017; thus we should appreciate all small and big and in betweeners in our lives. Say 'Thank you' for every step that you land with your feet.

that travel takes a lot of calories, i swear.  
and i ate tutti fruity because of too much heat during the beach hopping

then saw my friend fully recharged after his nap here; thus it is alright to take a break and beast-mode your photography sessions later

that what you think about a lot says something to  you and it is your calling, echos. i.e. that tangerine is a nice color.. as well as mustard

  towards the cliff side 



 

that there are things that you cant expect to always be there when you need them. I haven't found this or maybe i wasnt paying attention to details when i came back in 2017

that the foot path is doing things to your soles and your soul

that sands under your bed is always a good idea

that a light backpack and a power bank is essential for phone photography

that chilling is recommended for nurses under cute umbrellas

and that people propose in different ways

that there is always some yin in a field full of yang.... i. e. it isn't all seaweeds and green stuff  in their seabed

that a good pair of sunnies is a must

that an RH wont hurt after a very long day.

'that a fedora takes us to a different level of ''mowdelling

and go pro, oh go pro is really a good friend even if i don't have one yet. we are not in a competition here. My only rival is my old self.

that squad goals are this and more.

that it is better to say nothing at all and just smile. people get more freaked out when you do not respond and pretend not to care and they expect you to get enraged.

That they really do have bad telecom connection here so you need this massage to cool off and have better connection with friends.. hahaha

now would you look at these pebbles. they are so ordinary but when put together, they can be like a doorway curtain

that cocktail by the beach is a must

how about by the cliffs

that surfing into the sunset is the best way to sail

or that by coming back with your ab vengeance is always a good idea especially when you are still young

sunset? yes, sunset chasers, this is heavenly

with these sunset colors on my skin, who would need bb cream and liquid foundation and make up crystals for that glow?

yes, and sunset makes it more alluring... sunset colors changes the scene

that this is nice and will always be. I know DENR but this is nice. I hope they do compensatory actions.

Alright, that when you close your eyes, your third eye opens and your soul speaks

That a smile really tells me a lot about where you are in your life right now,.. it spells 'bliss' right there

This may be a bit distorted but it looks like a small secret paradise here

 That there are people who don't talk too much but hold a lot of ideas in their minds.We just have to listen and read between the lines and explore their consciousness.

That people may just be a speck of dust from the stars and they tend to find a way to each other , well , because they come from the same star. Atoms and molecules baby?

that you can't really have a good choice if you did not try them all, with a few exceptions, of course..

that the squad needs to confer for the next journey

that a bean bag is good for the health especially if placed outdoors so we can utilize it for the sunset watching...

There are people with common interests.

and good friends are always a good blessing but a friend with a cocktail is even better..hehhehe

That there are souls as light as feather..

that there are people with blessed hands..

That no matter where you put me, i am like salt, i have this water-seeking tendency.

hands up! and surrender it all to the universe!.. It speaks so listen....

that there are a lot of foreign tourists and they value tranquility and silence so much so you will realize what i am pointing at when you get there.

that dramas should include the "i am leaving" effect

Yes, we had white sand underneath our bed. with the sky as our roof.

They have a small infinity pool and a massage area and a lot of spots to hangout and chill with your partner and companions.. 
Yes, it's overlooking the cliff side.

           So, what are you waiting for?

 It will be a good decision to stay here at sunset because you can witness the sun setting near the tip of Negros island.

From Siquijor port, ride a habal habal or a hired motorcycle at 100-150 pesos towards Tag-ibo, San Juan, Siquijor where you will find this Thai -themed resort named U-story guesthouse...
