40 Ways to Get Over a Heartbreak or Heartache

1. Do some volunteer works or join a specific cause.

Focus yourself on tasks that are 'larger than you'. You may volunteer as the receptionist during a medical mission.

2. Climb mountains.

Making 'hugot' on your way to the top will allow you to release pent up emotions indirectly.

Example:

a. 'Tumahimik ka quadriceps, hindi ka masakit.'

b. To Manong Gayd: 'Ang sabi mo Manong Gayd, malapit na. Pinaasa mo ako... Nang sobra-sobra. Eh,  ang layo pa pala. Inuuto mo lang pala ako!' echos!
c. Nabunot to its roots ang damo na ginamit mo to pull yourself up sa isang hillside: 'Sinaktan mo ako, Dams. Akala ko walang bitawan? Ikaw ang naunang mag-let go. Hinayaan mo akong mahulog. '

3. Take photographs.

There is something about the outdoors that heals. I don't know what it's called but if it's something about being drenched in the colors of the sun and being bathed by nature's waters, it will revive your soul. Bongga!

4. Practice yoga poses.

There are people who use rage to let it all out but some offer their burdens to God through the flowing movements of their arms, legs, back and neck. Pure bliss!

Kung hindi man successful ang love life or social life, at least, successful ang tiyan at taste buds!Hopefully hindi ýan magiging salty sa kakaiyak mo, Friend!
